Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (15 business days): calculated at checkout
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Infinite Finds Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the damage.
